About

Malek Abdulsamad, founder

Malek is a Chicago-based real estate professional with over a decade of experience focused on urban development. He also serves as Director of Investment Sales at Greenstone Partners, where he specializes in development-driven transactions, advising clients on land sales, redevelopment opportunities, and complex urban assets.

He is actively involved in civic and professional organizations, serving on the boards of Lambda Alpha International (LAI), the honorary land economics society; the Burnham Council at the Chicago Central Area Committee (CCAC); and the Streeterville Neighborhood Organization (SOAR).

Malek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy, and is an American Planning Association Award recipient.
